Andrei Kazimirov, an anti-fascist from Brest, detained in Moscow.

At the end of August, Andrei was interrogated by officers of the Investigative Committee of the city of Brest on suspicion of participating in the protests on August 10 (Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus). He was then released.

Andrei decided to leave Belarus for fear of arrest. On January 14, he was detained in Moscow on his way to work.

As it turned out, from the information published on the website of the Moscow court, Andrei was subjected to a preventive measure in the form of arrest under Art. 212.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, that is, apparently he is accused of participating in the riots on Russian territory.
