Since the DNAA (Direzione Nazionale Antimafia e Antiterrorismo, “National Anti-Mafia and Anti-Terrorism Directorate”), from 2015, has been coordinating the various anti-terrorism prosecutors’ offices, the latter have been competing to see who has the easiest 270bis [the charge of subversive association for the purpose of terrorism and subversion of the democratic order]. This competition between thinking heads has also been joined by the penitentiary police, a nucleus of which, starting in the fall of 2020, has begun to contribute to the DNAA.
Thus, last Friday, February 26, the Digos [division of the state police that deals with prevention, anti-terrorism and anti-crime activities] of Messina went to the prison of that city to notify the comrade Anna Beniamino a new 270bis. According to the investigators, Anna would have received via mail a hard-disk with unknown contents, this is the dispute from which everything starts. Irony – or rather idiocy – wants that the hard-disk in question contains the investigation folders of another 270bis, that of Scripta Manent, and that it was authorized to Anna in 2017 to give her the opportunity to consult the police papers of that procedure. From then until today, the object has followed Anna through the various registries of the prisons in which she has passed, therefore Rebibbia, L’Aquila, Lecce, Messina, Rebibbia again and Messina again, until the witty intuition of the Messina prosecutor’s office.
Below the addresses of the anarchists currently imprisoned as a result of the Scripta Manent trial appeal sentence:
