LONGTERM ANARCHIST PRISONER SEAN SWAIN HAS IMPENDING PAROLE HEARING, SEEKS TO HIRE LAWYER WHO SUED THE PAROLE BOARD AND WON
Anarchist Prisoner Sean Swain has an impending parole hearing in August. He has served 30 years for what was an act of self defense– but the intruder in his home that he killed happened to be the nephew of the Clerk of Courts. Politicized by this injustice, he has spoken truth to power at great personal consequence– repeatedly blacksited, targeted by prison officials for assassination and then getting illegally renditioned to another state.
He has been denied parole three times, largely due to officials equating his journalism with terrorism, targeting his book, ‘Last Act of the Circus Animals,’ and his radio segments on the Final Straw Radio Show. To prevent a repeat of this pattern, Sean is attempting to raise $3,500 to retain attorney Eric Allen who has successfully sued the Ohio parole board for their unfair practices and is currently suing them again. Having counsel with this credibility greatly increases his odds of getting out.
